Mit einer speziell für diese Abfüllung gestalteten Verpackung ist dieser Whisky vom unabhängigen Abfüller Adelphi nur für Mitglieder des Clan Fraser aus aller Welt erhältlich.
New Packaging for The Old Fox Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Edinburgh-based design consultant Nevis, the Adelphi Distillery and Simon Fraser, the current Lord Lovat, have launched a limited edition unchill-filtered 10 year old Single Malt Scotch Whisky commemorating Simon Fraser, the 11th Lord Lovat.
Known as the Old Fox for his cunning, Lovat was an infamous Highland rogue who at Culloden crossed the English and sent Clan Fraser to fight for Bonnie Prince Charlie.
He was the last peer ever beheaded, his last words being: „The more mischief, the better sport.“
Simon Fraser has commissioned Adelphi, Scotland’s acclaimed independent bottler of single malt Scotch Whisky, to source a single cask of the highest quality, thus continuing the tradition of making a limited edition whisky available to Clan Fraser members throughout the world.
The label carries a Hogarth illustration, originally created in 1746.
