Die auf Skye ansässige Whiskyfirma Pràban na Linne (The Gaelic Whisky Collection) hat kürzlich einen neuen nicht kältefiltrierten Blended Whisky herausgebracht: „MacNaMara Rum Finish“. Der Blend basiert auf dem bereits bekannten MacNaMara, der in einer zweiten Reifungsphase in Guyanan Rum Fässern gelagert wurde. Von den wenigen Blends mit Rum Finish ist dies wahrscheinlich der einzige, der keine Kältefiltration erhält.
New Whisky From Pràban na Linne
Skye-based Pràban na Linne has recently launched a new unchilfiltered blended whisky – MacNaMara Rum Finish.
As the company explained:
“This blend is based on our highly revered MacNaMara blend, and has been double matured with its second maturation taking place in the finest Guyanan Rum Casks.
There are very few Rum Finished Scotch Whisky blends available in the market place at present, and none that we know of that are unchilfiltered.
Pràban na Linne is seeking a major retailer for listing this exciting new product and would be delighted to here from any prospective companies looking to stock a truly unique and exciting new line.”
